update on access

This field guide is in need of update. My wife and I visited the area the first week in October 2003.
The local authority have now provided a car park less than 500 yds from the beach which is acessed by turning left at the village and following the road down to a ruined house and Cream Tea shop. The area is quite dangerous and hard hats are a must if working near the cliffs. In 1 hour My wife found some ammonites encased in mudstone but little else.Juding by the amount of broken rocks its has been well sifted by other fossil hunters. Some locals told us that the quantity of fossils has dropped off on the site recently.for reasons they were not sure of ,however I was impressed and will return in the future for a longer visit.
